On May 1st, Toseong Training Temple Complex actively cooperated in firefighting by dispatching one firetruck and one street flusher truck to the site of a forest fire in the vicinity of Toseong-myeon, Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do. After 12 hours of burning, the wildfires were completely extinguished without any human injury transpiring.
 Meanwhile, Yeoju Headquarters Temple Complex dispatched three firetrucks and a team of guards and employees to prepare for the spread of additional forest fires.
