Bundang Jesaeng Hospital was selected as an 'Excellent Hospital' via the 2019 patient experience evaluation conducted by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. The evaluation conducted a survey of 23,924 recently admitted patients at the 300-bed hospital. The overall evaluation, the criteria of which covered nurses, doctors, medication, treatment procedures, the hospital environment, and patient rights guarantees, was conducted through telephone inquiries about 24 detailed questions in 6 categories. Bundang Jesaeng Hospital was evaluated as an ‘excellent hospital’ and was ranked 39th out of the 154 participating medical institutions.
