- Daesoon Institute of Religion and Culture Held the 12th East Asia Humanities Research Conference

- The East Asia Humanities Forum 2021, co-hosted by Daesoon Institute of Religion and Culture and Peking University's Institute for Religion and Culture, was held online from August 21st to 22nd. - The theme of the 12th symposium was 'Eastern Culture and Rituals.' 19 scholars from Korea, China, and Japan presented their papers at the conference. - Daesoon Institute of Religion and Culture, Daesoon Jinrihoe Yeoju Headquarters Temple Complex was represented by two participants, Vice Director Cha Seon-Keun and the researcher, Choi Chi-Bong. Their presentations were on ‘The Classification and Characteristics of Deliverance Rituals for Grudge-harboring Ghosts in Modern Korea’ and ‘Achieving Immortality in Daesoon Jinrihoe.’ The number of attendees increased over previous years due to the shift into an online format.
